Good news is that my morning sickness is officially over! It's great to be back to normal again. 

Tam and I attended Thao and Eric's wedding on November 1. I had no problems whatsoever. I was able to eat the fish they served for dinner (but not the beef). I'm officially back and I'm going to make sure my baby gets the proper nutrition now! I saw two other pregnant women during the wedding and it scared the bejezoos out of me! One of the girls was huge! I can't even imagine a baby coming out of her small body. She's due any day now. 

The baby is now about a little over a pound and 11 inches long. He/She has eyes that open and close, ears that can 

hear, a thumb well worth sucking and lots and lots of hiccups. I did see the doctor last Wednesday. The results of my AFP Screening Test are all negative -- very good news. In fact, she said that in my case, she's 3X sure that my baby will not have down syndrome.

She also told me that the ultrasound is only 85% accurate. Tam and I asked for another ultrasound to make sure of the baby's gender before we start preparing the nursery but she said that they would only do another ultrasound if there is a medical reason for it. 

We were given instructions for our Lamaze class in late January and to check out the hospital to see if we like it. It doesn't matter anyway, our choice is between Irvine Medical and Kaiser in Anaheim. Anaheim is too far so we'll probably be at Irvine Medical.

My journal wouldn't be complete if I didn't mention current events :-) that I can share with my baby.
