August 17 - September 16

Tia's a lot more expressive now. If she's happy, she lets us
know. If she's unhappy ... boy, she DEFINITELY lets us know
:-). One of our favorite things is how she knows to
kiss us when we ask for it. Tam and I just love it. She
hugs us by the neck and gives us a kiss. It just melts our
hearts. :-) She is such a joy!

Early this month, we
found out that Tia loves sitting in this chair. Great news for us
because this is when we started to discover that we actually
have two hands for getting some things done while
watching her :-)

Tam gave Tia a taste of
his green apple drink. She didn't like
it at all. She stayed like this for about a minute giving us
time to look for the camera and take a shot. It
was pretty funny. Didn't I say she's more
expressive?

becoming pretty stable. |

Tia's 3rd and 4th teeth
came out this month. Tam had the exact same gap in his
teeth when he was a toddler.

doesn't want me to use the flash because "it will blind
Tia". He's a sweetheart! :-) Tia actually
looks very much like Jason when he was a baby. |

By the end of the
month, Tia would always try to stand up from her chair. |

We've managed to get
her to drink from a bottle but she only likes water.
She still doesn't like to drink pumped milk from the bottle.
It's been so hot this past month and this hopefully kept her
hydrated. Fortunately (for us), she holds her own
bottle. Of course, she drinks much faster when we hold
it for her :-) |
